No-Reason Return: You may return your order within 3 days of receiving it for any reason. Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Once you receive the return address and instructions, please send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund for No-Reason Return: For items returned within 3 days of receipt for any reason, we will process your refund within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund within 7 Days: We do not accept refund requests for non-quality-related issues after 3 days of receipt. If the item has a quality issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team via email at info@lumiere-lumiere.com, providing a description of the issue, relevant photos, and your order number.

Refund Process for Quality Issues:
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Once you receive the return address and instructions, please send the item back to us. If the item is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- After we receive and confirm the quality issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Special Notes
- Any damage caused by improper use or care (such as improper washing or misuse) is not covered under our return and refund policy.
